Right of withdrawal
According to the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, shop owners on ENIITO provides a 14-day cancellation policy. Buyers from the 28 EU member states, plus Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein, have the right to withdraw from a purchase made on ENIITO within 14 days. The period expires 14 days after the buyer receives the order. However, if this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.
The buyer can choose to withdraw from their order for any reason within this timeframe. To exercise this right the buyer must unequivocally inform the shop owner about their decision to withdraw from the purchase within the 14 days of receipt. This can be done, for example, by adding a written statement to the goods that you are returning by post, or by sending a fax or email. It is not enough to just return the purchase. The shop owner must provide you with a model withdrawal form, which can be used to inform him/her of the withdrawal but the buyer is not legally bound to use this form.
The shop owner must give a full refund within 14 days from receipt of the buyer’s withdrawal notification, but can delay refunding if he/she has not received the goods back or received evidence that the order has been returned. The product must be returned to the eniito-shop where the product was purchased. ENIITO will return the money to the Paypal account or credit card used for the purchase followed by a confirmation email.
The product must be unused and in salable condition upon arrival. The right to withdraw exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a shop. It is not a 14 days free to use period.
Buyers are responsible of the item(s) until the shop owner return receipt. We recommend the buyer use a currier, which offers track and trace and insurance of the product. Collect on delivery is not accepted. You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the shipment. In this case, ENIITO will deduct the cost for the return shipping from the return amount since the shipping company imposes on the seller a cost for return shipping.
Note that special terms and conditions apply to personalized items. Check the specific designers terms and conditions for more information.
Is the buyer from one of the EU 28 member states, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, read your extended rights here.
