Hi, I’m Sanna-Maria Ojanen, the CEO and Founder of MOSH Jewelry. I live in Helsinki, Finland.
I originally graduated from university and began a career in mathematics but after hitting a rough patch I decided to get off the hamster wheel and start again. I found inner peace through my studies in jewelry.
After graduating as an artisan goldsmith in 2014 I worked freelance while developing my design esthetics and craft further. In 2016 I founded MOSH Jewelry.
My background in mathematics undoubtedly influences my designs. I enjoy simple and clean shapes as well as a certain geometry of design.
I want to design timeless jewelry that will triumph over the test of time. Jewelry that is simple, clean and without gratuitous extravagance.
I work with silver, gold and precious stones. Most fascinated I am with white gold and black diamonds.
The most important source of inspiration for me is rock and heavy metal. I want to channel the strength and power I gain through music into my designs.

Your item can be returned within 14 days of recieving your original order.
The cost of returning the item to us, is at the customers own expence. It is the responsibility to you as the customer that all goods arrive to us safely.
The item must be unworn and in original condition including all tags and bags.
We will after inspection of the returned item issue refund within 1 working week of receiving your return.
If you want your item replaced for a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order. We do not refund or exchange any garment which has been made from personal measurements.

14 days to cancel and return your purchase You have the right to cancel and return your purchase for 14 days.
You have 14 days after the day when
a) you have received your goods
b) when you have received all the goods you have ordered when the delivery is delivered in multiple packages.
You have to inform us that you would like to cancel and return your purchase within the 14 day period. You have to inform us by email. In your message you should clearly state that you would like to use your 14-day right to cancel and return. You can fill out the standard form that you can find at the bottom of this page. You can NOT cancel by refusing the goods without having clearly informed us about this in advance.
Returning orders You have to return your order to us without any unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you would like to cancel and return. You have to pay the cost associated with returning the order. During the return you are responsible for making sure the goods are safely packed. You have the responsibility for goods until they are returned.

The state of the goods when you are returning You are only liable for any reduction in value that are caused by other handling than what would be considered necessary. This means that you can only try out the good like you would if you were at a physical store. If the goods are used other than the above described the goods are considered used this means that you would get part of what you paid or nothing back based on the resale value of the goods. To be able to get a full refund you are allowed to do like if you were in a physical store. You can try the goods but not actually use them.
Refund of your purchase If you are using your 14 day right to cancel and return we refund all that you have paid if there’s no reduction in value (this doesn’t cover extra cost because of a more expensive form of delivery than the standard delivery that we offer) without unnecessary delay and always within 14 days of you notifying us that you are returning. We issue the refund using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
We can withhold the payment until we have received the goods unless you have presented documentation that you have returned the goods.
