Payment
All products within EU include EU VAT/tax of 25%. Local charges (sales tax, customs duty) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Return and Exchange
Römer Design is proud to deliver high quality products. All products are quality checked before shipment.

If the product for some reason does not live up to your expectations, please contact us immediately. Please note that you will have to pay for the return postage. The products should be returned in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the product is scratched by the customer or in any way is decreased in value, the customer loses his/her right to return the product.

We do our best to pack our products, but should the packaging be damaged, please do not accept the shipment and contact us immediately.
