møbel og rum, ‘Møns Klint’, Vase, Porcelain
The Møns Klint Porcelain Vase is designed Ian McIntyre and is the result of traditional ceramic technique and a contemporary approach to texture and form. The vase is a paradox in itself with the polished cylindrical column, contradicted by the rugged and chipped rim, creating a design that is original and sophisticated at the same time. Each vase is handmade in fine porcelain, which puts emphasis on the delicacy of the design. The vase gets its name from the fact that, when turned upside down, it resembles the cliffs at Møns Klint – a popular sight in Denmark.
