ENIITO’s policy on registration of your personal information is set out below. This policy and other information can be changed or amended without any notice. It is your own responsibility to keep yourself informed of these conditions.

The following personal information is collected

When you register as a user on ENIITO you are asked to enter personal information such as your name, address and email address etc. You can buy and check out as a guest if you don’t want to take advantage of registering. However, to apply to open a shop on ENIITO you have to be registered as a user. Personal information registered with ENIITO, are never transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored safely and is accessible only to trusted employees of ENIITO. The account information you enter when purchasing goods will be sent directly to the Payment Service Provider in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and the Payment Service Provider can read.

During a purchase we ask your name, address and email address. This information is used solely to process your order.

In addition, we record the IP address from which any purchase is made. Information is not normally used, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police!

You can also optionally have your email address included on a ENIITO mailing list to receive news and other information from us. This service can always be subscribed and unsubscribed as you wish.

For shop-owners

The information you enter in your shop is saved on ENIITO. The information will be freely available for other users of ENIITO and is regarded as available information to the public. We therefore recommend that you do not enter personal and sensitive information on these pages.

Cookies

The ENIITO shop system uses cookies to manage the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is a file stored on your computer. A cookie cannot in any way give your computer a virus or damage it. It is possible to ask the system to save your address details for the next visit. If you want later to delete this information, this can be done via browser settings. ENIITO also register how visitors navigate the website. By means of these registrations we can optimize our site to make it easier for the users to find what you are looking for. In connection with these registrations we cannot see who you are, just how you navigate around our site. Tracked information obtained through cookies will be used in our online marketing, i.e. re-marketing on third party web sites including Google and DoubleClick. Confidentiality

ENIITO is under an obligation to handle your information confidentially and will never ever transfer, sell or in another way make your information available to third parties with the following exceptions:

  • Information marked as available to the public or information that you yourself put out on open pages on ENIITO, for instance in your shop.
  • When you open a shop on ENIITO a contact person must be listed. The full name of the contact person is visible on the shop-page.
  • Information necessary to complete a purchase or transaction. The account information you enter when purchasing goods will be sent directly to the Payment Service Provider in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and the Payment Service Provider can read.

Handling email addresses

Your email address is part of your personal information. ENIITO will never disclose, sell, hand over or show your email address to anyone. If you are a store owner, you should be aware that your contact information is provided to the purchaser in connection with a sale.

Objections and removal of data

If you wish to be deleted from our data systems or have a question about the data we have recorded, you are welcome to contact ENIITO.
