Because our customers satisfaction matters a great deal to us, we offer free return within EU on all orders except furniture.
This means that we will cover the shipping cost when you return an order. We will cover expenses on standard delivery with tracking service within Europe. However, ENIITO will not cover costs on return shipments if express delivery etc. is chosen.
When returning a product purchased on eniito.com the order must be returned to the designer and in compliance with the specific designer’s terms for returns. After the return shipment has been shipped send us an email, containing a receipt with the shipping costs and the tracking number to email@example.com.
When the designer receives the returned product, ENIITO will be notified and the money from the purchase and the shipping costs will be returned to the credit card or PayPal account originally used for the purchase.
