Because our customers satisfaction matters a great deal to us, we offer free return within EU on all orders except furniture.
This means that we will cover the shipping cost when you return an order. We will cover expenses on standard delivery with tracking service within Europe. However, ENIITO will not cover costs on return shipments if express, premium, priority etc. delivery is chosen.
When returning a product purchased on eniito.com the order must be returned to the designer and in compliance with the specific designer’s terms for returns. The item must be returned within 30 days. After the return shipment has been shipped send us an email, containing a receipt with the shipping costs and the tracking number to email@example.com.
When the designer receives the returned product, ENIITO will be notified and the money from the purchase and the shipping costs will be returned to your credit card/Paypal account. Alternatively the return shipping costs will be transferred to your PayPal account since it is not possible to return a higher amount to your creditcard than what was original paid.
