WHAT IS ENIITO?
ENIITO is a marketplace with quality designs from Scandinavian designers only. The company behind the marketplace is Danish registered ENIITO ApS. Our address is:

ENIITO handles all transactions in a secure manner and will never share any info with 3. parties.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you shop a product at eniito.com you buy directly from a Scandinavian designer. ENIITO will handle the payment in a secure manner and you will receive the product directly from the designer.

HOW DO I KNOW THE PRODUCTS ARE TRUE SCANDINAVIAN DESIGNS?
All designers at eniito.com have been pre-approved. It is our finest task to provide design-loving buyers around the world with the greatest and most special selection of Scandinavian designs, as well as secure and safe transactions, creating the best conditions for the optimal shopping experience. Please let us know if you have a bad experience at info@eniito.com and we will re-evaluate the designer immediately.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING-COSTS?
All designers enrolled in our ✭ Stores program offer max 5€ shipping to the United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands, France, Sweden, and Denmark. Regarding other countries, each individual designer decides how to handle shipping and how much the cost is. The price is always fixed which means the shipping cost is the same whether you buy 1 or 10 products from that designer. Prices, however, vary from designer to designer since the products they create can be very different in size and weight.
Remember, you can always see the shipping price in the CART and upon CHECKOUT before you pay. You can also find terms and conditions in the eniito-shop of any designer.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Products will be shipped directly from the Scandinavian designer and you will receive an email from ENIITO once your design product is shipped. Please note that some of our designers ship every day, some a few times a week and others once a week. It can also vary from design to design – especially if the design is made on order. Please check the shipping & terms in the shop of the individual designer or if something is stated regarding delivery/production of the specific product at the product page. You are always welcome to contact the designer directly via the contact form in the shop. You can also contact ENIITO via mail or phone – please see under Contact in the footer menu. Remember, ENIITO is always there to help you if something goes wrong regarding shipping or anything else.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes, naturally. Following the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, designers on ENIITO provides a 14-day cancellation policy. It gives you the right to withdraw from a purchase made on ENIITO within 14 days. The period expires 14 days after you receive the order. Because our customers’ satisfaction matters a great deal to us, we even offer free return on orders within Europe. You can read our terms and conditions in detail here.

CURRENCY
Prices are shown in the currency matched to your region but you can always change currency to EUR, USD, GBP, SEK or DKK. Prices are shown including VAT within the EU. Please note that for non-EU-countries, or if you place an order for delivery outside the EU, prices are shown without VAT, which is not to be paid for orders outside the EU. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer outside the EU to pay any import duties that may be added upon import to the buyers country.

HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay by credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA/Dankort), MobilePay as well as Paypal and the major credit cards associated with the Paypal services, for instance American Express.
The credit card information entered when purchasing products will be sent in encrypted form (SSL), which only the buyer and the Payment Service Provider can read. ENIITO does not store any information about the transaction.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN REGISTERED?
An order confirmation will be sent to your email address after purchase. If you have received an order confirmation the order has been registered and your goods will be sent within the time specified on the designer’s shop. Once your product is on its way to you an Order Complete confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you don’t receive these emails be sure to check your spam filter before contacting Customer Service at info@eniito.com.

HOW DO I LEAVE A MESSAGE TO THE DESIGNER?
If you visit the designer’s shop you’ll find a contact button, through this you can leave a message for the designer.

I WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, HOW DO I DO?
Please contact our customer service at info@eniito.com and describe the problem and we will help you. ENIITO always follows the recommendations made by the Danish Sales Act.
